Possibly people clearly want some purchase contracts news. Even just a 1 deal with more to follow something to demonstrate the ball is rolling. DoD contract news is positive sure but it's not a surefire power contract(s).
That and ppl are really frightened with share dilution here we are brink sub penny possibility 100 million more shares hit market. Last time that happened this went from .15 to .002 lol.

I sure hope Pickett comes out swinging with some rock solid plans funding, contracts and/or license deal. Something besides generally positive and clearly financial community is punishing this stock till those purchase contracts start clearing; reasonably. Pickett retains those you can speculate with those contracts probability of financing bodes significantly higher.
