LAKE with a 4 mil float doesn't need to be giving shares away at a discount to the market. over 1 mil shares is 25% increase in the float. If anyone tried to buy up 1 mil share of the float the price would move well into the $20's. This would have been a decent announcement if the pps was at a premium to the current price because of the scarcity of shares. The CEO of LAKE is a moron when it comes to stock pricing and trading. He single handily killed LAKE and his reason for doing it was just as bad or worse. temporarily paying down debt

This caused many Lake shareholders to begin jumping ship and move over to APT. I didn't buy back into LAKE when it hit the $12.5 target I bought APT on the gap closer and VSR. Why wouldn't you profits, zero debt, share buy back over 11mil so far and more coming. Lake had a great run but this pr put a stench on it.
