When reading the 8-K's, look at the words here, excerpt from both 8-k's....

Such services shall include, but not be limited to, services as a placement agent as well as services related to merger/acquisition matters.
Interestingly both 8-K's, clearly state that SVFC has *EXECUTED* an agreement.
