how come whites don't riot when a
black police officer shoots a white scumbag?

All I can say is that I've lived and worked with blacks all my life. Except in k 1-12. Then 2 yrs college, 6 yrs Navy, 3 more years college. I first went to Miami Of Ohio. At the time Bo was the football coach. For what ever reason me and some others were assigned as freshman to the "sports dorm". Collins Hall. Some of my best friends were the starting offensive line. The first black men I ever got to know. After two years of that and the best looking girls on campus believe me and my white friends became color blind. After that I never thought one way or the other about color unless someone else points it out. 6 years in the Navy, another 3 years in college and 30 years in a very diverse hospital. The only reason blacks do what they did in Furgeson is because of the lack of education and some ass hole like Sharpton or Jackson perpetuating something that doesn't exist for their own gain. IMO
