This is essentially a new company bro. Greg is likely up his eyeballs in the JV as sugar is planned to be shipped by the next 2 weeks, not to mention involving another country.

If it bothers you that much, move on. For me, I care more who is IN than who is OUT. Understand your points but the emphasis seems odd.
