From what I gathered of Mike Shea's answer to both questions regarding a RS, is that he sees no benefit from doing a RS and also that the only way a RS would not be detrimental to the shareholders is if the company was growing rapidly and if the price increase gained would be sustainable, without any chance of harm to the shareholders. He stated more than once that he cares very much about protecting the shareholders and appreciates the help given him by shareholders... Seems like genuine concern for the shareholders to me and that he is knowledgeable of the consequences/benefits of such a move to the success of this company. At no time did I hear Mike Shea say he is planning a RS, in fact he has said before and now that he does not like the idea of an RS.

IMHO, If the company begins rapid sustainable growth, then the company would have some funds for the possibility of a share buy-back... just a hypothetical idea

Don't take anybody's word for what you are responsible to know and never "invest" more than you can afford to lose.
