it's not hard to imagine, where these stories come from,the Defendants,hanging at the local Subway Sandwich Shop!!.
Thinking, hoping that they're right,or even have a case, is very amusing at times!!.
Even their first lead attorney couldn't get the job done!!.

I feel, they really think, they have the world in their hands, only to find out, it has fallen away, in a blink of an eye; Dimensions will be gone!!!.

Every single comment I have read on this message board over the last few weeks, is very laughable!!.
From the denial of the 12 causes, to the belief that the court order from Cali, will be over turned here in Nevada, laughable!!.
Now their only defense is to go in front of the same court/judge, that granted the order to the Plaintiffs, for their 2nd amended complaint, laughable!!.

Here's the skinny and this is real!!.

Defendants Hurd and Elton, along with Defendants Larry Panik and Bruce Hoyt, are facing......
Misappropriation of Trade Secrets,Conversion, Defamation of Title,Intentional Interference with Contract, and Unfair Competition,etc....!!.

Nevada law will be harsh!!.

The Defendants still have a patents(s) for almost 23 months and can't even use it/them today!!.

Still,at the end of the day all talk is about TMMI and their partner Raytheon,working on their research ISR program!!.
