Dr. Erik Dutson, one of the younger members of the SAB trained/worked at IRCAB for two years before joining UCLA. I watched a YouTube video of one of his lectures from last year. In his full disclosure he said that he didn't own any stocks in any of medical device companies associated with his talk, but he said he regretted not having bought stock in Intuitive Surgical early.
