WRONG again, I notice this seems to be a reoccurring theme.
Where to start:
Hemp is not a plant. Hemp is the name of the soft fibers from the Cannabis stalks.
Marijuana falls under the Genus CANNABIS, which falls under the Family CANNABACEAE, the Order ROSALES and the Kingdom PLANTAE.
CANNABIS is a flowering plant that includes three distinct species which include Cannabis Sativa, Cannabis Indica and Cannabis Ruderalis.

an interesting side note; Hops (used in beer) also falls under the same Family CANNABADEAE. If all the other plants along these lines are against the law then why isn't beer?
