Four potential power buyers mentioned in Sept. 11 Yuma Sun article: "Solar Wind Energy is also in negotiations with four potential buyers for the electricity that the tower would generate, Pickett said, but also has a list of other prospective customers."

It has been a month and a half, so I hope there is at least one buyer who has signed a PPA. Hope to hear it on the Conf. Call next week. I know the California buyers are probably waiting for the pre-certification, but maybe an Arizona buyer could have signed a PPA by now.
