Are they trying to keep it at 5's? Why the hesitation on VNDM part to dump? He obviously has more to go or he wouldn't be sitting there. Why not just dump and get it over with while there is a nice bid so the PPS doesn't drop as much. It seems they wait for the bid support to thin out and then continue to dump more causing the pps to drop. JMHO - GLTA
