I do speak truth. My observations are supported by facts. Benefitting shareholders, enhancing shareholder value though toxic, death spiral financing is absolute BS. Furthermore, dreaming up the next great story and issuing false and misleading statements and labeling them as press releases is, in my opinion, other than being unethical, borderline criminal.

And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.
