Those feelings come from what will be, not what is now in the beginning stages.

It's what people are apart of - people tend to forgot that things don't happen overnight. This company makes things happen faster than most - toxic debt free, and with nominal accounts payable which could be covered by cash at anytime. Statements are a snapshot of the current reality.
