VERY IMPORTANT
I am proud of my co-investors for holding on to their stock. You know what the value is and there is little use to sell and buy some other stock at a risk and then return to Aurus.

I cannot help to expect good to great news; the assets are there, the price of gold is rising and the shares are very undervalued.

All the criterea are there for a perfect storm. (Something is cooking and it sure smells good.) Furthemore, Aurus always seems to be a few weeks behind the Nord Oil (NDOL) stock. This stock had reached a volume of 15 million and also hit 0.55 cents. . I would also venture a prediction that Aurus is also heading for Frankfort Exchange and Bulletin Board as did Nord Oil.

VERY IMPORTANT The Russians who sold their assets to Aurus Corp (Delaware company) received the sales price in shares and consequently all their shares are restricted. This represents 80% of all issued shares. Consequently the former owners still retain 80% of their company which is now public. The are still working for ‘their’ Company and are not about to sell off their shares. Victor Feldbush, the initiator has been in this industry for over 30 years; mining is in his blood.
My grandfather is from Eastern Europe and he assured me that these owners are going to hold on to their share forever (for their children and grandchildren). They did not yet adopt a capitalist mentality. It is not rocket science—that is why the Moscow Exchange deals mostly with institutions.
