So if a license is not going to save it then why is it still trading around .04?Obviously it's because the anticipation for license announcement is there.

Also, "it's going below a penny " has been repeated on here since February.


"It's going below a penny in next few months"

Right. Just like it went to below a penny in the spring, and just like it went to below a penny in the summer when, "it will go to a penny in the next few months" continued to be announced.

Please.

People are praying it goes below a penny so they can have a second chance at collecting millions of shares for next to nothing. If people missed that train, sorry to say, it's not coming back.
