Scottrade does too - no "failures to deliver" from TA.
Here goes a nice upward MOMO, agree should close min. .0013-5 and add upt0 20% or more each day til a small reversal for profit taking and then back upwards and onwards to penny/ QB status again.
JIMHO based on history and as updates on PP and joint ventures keep rolling out.
