I'm preparing a letter to SIRG before I send a complain to the SEC.
From my last post:

SIRG has not notified two material events:
1. The departure of CEO R. Martin and new CEO T. Benjamin.
2. An agreement between SIRG and Key Capital Corporation related to the explotation of the Chloride Copper Mine.

I will seek SIRG proper answers regarding this two events . In case there is no answer as I expect I will request the SEC to the proper actions into these issues and others being annotated in previous posts.

I encourage other investors to make opinions on this matters
