Corp please edit your history of events concerning current pphm mgmt and please repost or PM during happy hour today.

There is no way of knowing SK's intent when he stated mgmt lacks the experience of bringing a drug to the market just like we do not know his intent for the last 5 years when he stated we are in talks. Point is it was not a smart thing to say and I am sure CSM lawyers were happy to hear it along with any BP who might actually be in "active" discussions. Garnick is not a full time employee of pphm he is just a consultant. Imagine the difference in credibility if Garnick was COB instead of Carlton Johnson. Makes you wonder why not.
