Why Does Peter Valentine Lie?

He states with confidence that he has a valid tribute agreement signed by the mining commissioner.

The point is that Peter's tribute agreement is NOT VALID.

Peter manipulated the mining commissioner. Peter bribed a low level staff member to ensure Mabwe was not allowed to participate in the ruling even though Mabwe submitted their paperwork on time. He took advantage of Mr. Groves in that Mr. Groves could not participate in the ruling as he was dealing with the death of his wife. He submitted documents that intentionally omitted the page showing the tribute agreement had expired in May 2011. He failed to tell anyone that Mabwe holds the rights to Dodge Mine.

What is NOW CLEAR.

The High Court has confirmed that Mabwe is the legal owner of Dodge Mine. Peter's tribute agreement will be cancelled as he simply has a tribute agreement with an entity that DOES NOT OWN DODGE MINE. Good job on manipulating everyone to get your ILLEGAL tribute agreement and GOOD LUCK explaining everything to the judge when you required to explain how you secured your ILLEGAL tribute agreement.
