Hum, Imo, what makes you think that the funding that is being provided by Pemco and Mr. Brumfield is NOT the direct result of the hospital testing?
The factual answer is................ no one knows.
Giving a credit line of $430,000 is a pretty significant event, which is WHY the 8K. Hum, makes a lot of sense to me.
I see the report, everyone who read the latest 8K sees the report.
Something prompted the CEO and Pemco to establish a $430,000 line of credit with a March 2015 maturity, imo.
Speculation??? Investing in penny stocks is "ALWAYs" speculation.
So if the end game is not obvious, then all shareholders can do is wait. No big deal, thinking outside the box with what Cdex has been doing takes a leap of faith for sure.
Cdex shareholders can do their DD on Cdex and see a pretty bleak past under the old Mp bunch. But that bunch is long gone.
But the real question to ask is ........................ is there a science that the market will embrace?
Obviously Cdex has some very determined Funders.
And these facts are there for everyone to see with each SEC filing.
