....Well, they sure haven't been following that directive the past year.
The very fact they have mentioned an FBI investigation makes me wonder if there ever was one. NO...NO...law enforcement agency tolerates public disclosure of on-going investigations before evidence is acquired for enforcement action. Sort of lets the cat out of the bag. Anyone spilling the beans on what the FBI is doing is left out in the cold very quickly.
