It depends on what time they present. The council will make a decision after the presentation LV time, not eastern time. It's impossible to know for certain. The hearing starts at 9am, they are #12 on the agenda and have roughly 6 minutes to present and all that good stuff, but they can change the order if needed. My best guess is if it goes as scripted, we would have the decision during market hours. The 28th hearing will be a good indicator of what the 29th holds. The hearing is live so if possible I would encourage people to tune in.
