Hi Guys, Although I find the posts amusing the reality is that no RS has been announced. Not only than but recently BOD stated that they had no intention to do so?

Now granted things can change, but the dilution is set based on the notes which are being consumed (hefty one in December is the last I thnk)they have NOT announced further toxic debt as yet. You paint a story which I agree could happen but it is one sided. They could also start the mill, turn revenue and need NO further dilution.

IMO the agreement is key if that gets signed and if the show an intrent to get operational with Mill and Fencemaker on line then this stock will fly. If like you say things stall or do not get agreed - were screwed!

At least present an abjective picture guys!
