yes and you're wanting us to beleive it's all quickly then deemed effective from there? Is that what they were told or implied? Just becuase an amendment is filed doesn't mean effective notice is to occur make haste I've got other stocks to ya know, effective notices can take months even with amended filings from what I've seen with others
