IMHO the "Tell" was when at this years ASM when Management announced that it lacked the experience to bring a drug to market. What this indicates to me is that Management has conceded and has already made plans to allow company X (holder of these 97 million shares )to do this job.

I wouldn't be surprised by a low offer buyout soon.
