I want to believe what you are saying however I just got off the phone with the company (you are correct they answer/call back) and I was told the following.

1) They have not been told that any shareholders are planning on visiting.

2) They have no choice but to sell shares with the hopes that the debt will go way.

3) They understand that the buyback can be at any price however their first concern is paying off debt.

Call the company if you do not believe what I have posted.
