Conference calls cannot disclose new information. That is the way it has been....not sure after the semi-recent policy changes. But any information has to be released via PR or articles, before it can be commented on in CC's or at shareholders meetings. Otherwise it can be considered limited disclosure and people that don't make the CC/SHM would be at a trading disadvantage. Once something is disclosed, then it can be spoken of in depth on CC's or at SHM's. So if there is something to talk about on a CC, then there is a good chance info had already been released. So if there is a CC, then that would certainly indicate good things to talk about. You certainly wouldn't want to talk to disappointed shareholders.

I think there is no doubt we are out of the Quiet Period. You don't release a 10Q in a QP. And no delays. Kim got all that out of the way. There are several reasons to expect news now.
