No. I Don't Believe There Will Be Any Increase In A/S. Nor Will There Be New Issued Shares. I Believe The Share Structure Will Remain As It Is Today. Our Shares Will Remain Intact. The DIP Financing Will Be High Interest But Will Be Paid Off On A Pre-Approved Schedule. Our Shares Will Remain Ours. Go VIIC. Financing Does Not Have To Come At The Cost Of Shares. It Will Be Just Like Paying Any Other Vendor. Only DIP Financiers Get Their Money First.
