ssc, There is no doubt that the 5 years language was not what the market had hoped for so I asked Manny why they chose that phraseology. He said it is because it is not for them (MDA) to say exactly when the technology would be available for human trials but rather it is up to when the company is ready. So to be legal they used a really wide time frame as a guess. The company has to get the human size unit up and running and what ever FDA approval is needed to get started.
