IMO, they don't get it, financial oversight! They build good tools (I presume) then allow behaviors that deter potential paying customers! Agree with you SS1.

Given the choice and its MINE, I'm not giving them my money based on principle! That is the only reason why I don't have PM to communicate with other $MINE'rs!
