One thing is certain. This is not a typical penny stock. Our opinion will not affect the eventual stock price at all.
Yes, they have been close to bk for a long time, but somehow they have inventory and capital.
There is a very real possibility of a turnaround. The market and the world are ready for this product at this time. They have a seasoned and well connected team.
There are more subtle tells if you know what to look for. I don't know about a merger, but anything is possible
