Yeah, it seems to me he's pretty much done his job at the Ruby anyway. They know where to mine and just need to get there if they can actually reopen next year with some competent mine engineer running the show. Geeze, and the banner ad seems to be gone too. Guess NBRI can save a few $ there also!
