Yeah I did this morning, both email and over the phone. O/S unchanged, suprise! Still no dilution. I also emailed w yates about ASC and how many shares he will issue at one time and how far apart. He said he is not issuing any at the moment or anytime in the foreseeable future, but when he does it will be a max of around 35-38 million at a time and at least 30 days apart, so to, avoid any substantial change in pps. So that sounds much better than what I expected, (and what I think many others expected), which is hundreds of millions being issued at a time and diluting the stock to no end. Also, they are in the works of renagotiating in favor of NSEH.
