And ... I DO like the profiles & experience of the folks they have taken on. (salary? stock? both?) Plus I think the addition of the Bayer Portfolio adds strength. Do you happen to know if the "Thick-Shell" and Bayer Technologies are "exclusive to QMC"? (One, All, Both)
Or is it more the tech that has been acquired (new capability) will lead to "exclusive" methods, trade secrets & processes for QMC?
