The news on the website updated this week is quite significant.
Zoning approved and verified.anyone who has built who deals in this market knows that is a project milestone ... they will have the first land based LNG plant n Colombia.
Next they gave us access to the approved site plan.this means civil work has commenced.
Third they told us two permits remain connected to a ground water study which is probably for the envirormental permit.
So many base success on wither the short term stock price is up .That is a big mistake in this senerio.
Our sellers are probably ina profit position and their brokers are telling them to sell which is how brokers make their money but in a project development stock they are really doing them a huge dis service..good luck to the longs as I for one continue to accumulate.
