They probably work for the powers that be, that can naked short. Otherwise the few brokerages that can lend shares for OTCs, to be shorted, can most likely not get DSCR shares in any capacity to profit the short seller, since DSCR is pretty tight. Illegal naked short selling is an issue though, and I think we're seeing a lot of that with the manipulation that we blatantly see with the share price. No matter though, every dog has its day. DSCR will champion through it.
