Either that or it is the dumbest retail trader ever. However, if that is one block that is close to owning a substantial portion of the O/S to the point that a disclosure would be required

it obvoisly has done nothing and will do nothing as the float is truely locked and people are not selling until news comes out one way or another

Still, this action after seeing the corrections shown yesterday clearly shows that something is going on
