AccelPath has lots of money imo. When that deal with EIP fell through, the 8k said "Accelpath shall retire all shares of Series I Preferred Stock to treasury.". Therefore, ACLP should be in good shape right now. I know this will be back up to penny land soon, and still expecting it to reach 5+ cents by thanksgiving
