usually pharmacy and then the buying groups and hospital networks have become so large that when the switch occurs there can be a significant swing in usage...but again price is the determinant in most cases...and so in retail does walmart pharm carry xyz generic or abc generic...same with walgreens and cvs and so on..but the markets are huge so just gotta go grab mkt share...all will be good for us...hog
