WFMC: Security firms can take a few weeks to file a S-1 registration but that all depends on the firm.
The PR on 10/2 stated,

"S-1 Registration Filing: Woodman Holdings is pleased to announce it has reached another milestone of moving forward in becoming a fully reporting registered SEC company by contracting the services of Securities Compliance Group, Ltd. (legal counsel) on September 18th, 2014."

So according to PR it's quite possible they've already filed but again that all depends on the ability of the firm. The real wait is going to be on the SEC. Once they receive the offering it can take up to 1-3 months for the SEC to review it and thats if everything goes smoothly.
