VOIL isn't an emerging opportunity and the FACT is that VOIL is a pump and dump, NOT an opinion. The only reason VOIL is up because somebody is paying a few million to promote this company and put laughable price targets of $44 per share on a company with almost no assets. If VOIL really had something then private equity funds and hedge funds would be the ones buying this. These are paid for advertisement brochures being sent out by scammers to drive up the stock price so that insiders or a massive investor can dump his or her shares onto the public.
