I emailed Eric yesterday. He said the filing of form 10 with attorney letter will happen before end of month.
I only get 1 post per day on this board, so all I can say is GO HHSE!!!

Nowhere, at no time and to no one did the company state that the Form 10 was filing this week. That's complete BS from the basher brigade. We clearly stated that it would be filed THIS MONTH in one filing, and in a blog stated "in a few days". We did not ever say THIS WEEK because we're quite occupied with a major screening event in Hollywood today and knew that this was not a good week to peruse the lengthy Form 10 report.

VODWIZ is on track for a much larger launch than planned. It's becoming the tail wagging the dog. Anyone thinking that it's "not looking too good from an investors standpoint" is looking only at the momentary pricing of the stock and not at the ACTUAL operations of the company. The bashers use boxing tricks to suppress the stock, but that doesn't hurt the actual business operations. As demonstrated frequently - last Monday in fact - it only takes a small amount of buying pressure to crush the basher PPS suppression games. So we're very confident in quickly winning this war.
