It can mean that different markets get different exp dates, I really do not know. It could also mean some markets will not have an exp date.

I think exp date implies more of a concern for public safety, etc. As I noted elsewhere, the fact that they already put some preservative or stability enhancing items in the mix means they are concerned about this. If we hear that as a result of testing they have to go back and tweak it again, well, you know how that goes.
