The A/S is already 10 Billion... some people argue that they are not going to reverse it because the A/S was increased recently..

I can give you examples of stocks that have been reversed right after increasing A/S... one good one; XUII - A/S increased, reversed and diluted back to 0.0001- all within 3-4 months - now they have already announced another R/S
