are you serious about what you just said!!! with the right timing the right amount of money anybody can make 500k a year. Think about it, rogers wife is a realtor, she can find the good deals when they poped up, roger was making at least 150k take home, and back then the market was booming if you invested into commercial property. roger wasn't smart, he was lucky. And I know a lot of people that got lucky during that time and made a killing, and half of them knew nothing of how to be a landlord. They were told to invest because it would make them money and it did.
