Zuize, thank you for that excellent, fact based post. I have been yakking about what is POSSIBLE with Breakthrough Therapy status, I.e. jumping the cue for approval and marketing, but your example of what actually HAS happened is much more powerful...and important.

This example also suggests additional DD. Specifically, what has been the track record with all other BT designates in the last few years?

Anybody up for a crowd sourcing solution? I'll take on all the 2013 designates. Perhaps others will take prior years???
