And why is a CONSULTANT'S paid-for "pre-license inspection" report stickied. It has nothing to do with any HealthCanada inspection.

Also, the Lakeshore council has made very clear in their meetings that nobody is grandfathered and every MMJ facility must meet the new zoning rules when they are adopted AND every MMJ facility needs to also file an individual application to the Lakeshore council to approve or reject.

FITX will not be getting either a HC license nor Lakeshore approval.
