It's pointless to keep dragging on what they said before, because nothing is set in stone for a business. When Margrit said Brazil would ship 1st quarter she changed the status of Brazil by redirecting that shipment to California to start domestically after Dan Senters came on board. I'm sure by hiring Dan the direction of the company changed as well.

She didn't continuously say it will ship 1st quarter, it was said ONCE, then CHANGED to a further date. That date was September 24th, but if you look at the wording of the PR it specifically states she has COMPLETED all paper work to start shipping, AFTER receiving payment. Perhaps there is an issue with receiving the LOC that additional paper work must be filed before they ship, who knows. ALL i know is that they are working and won't go dark, that's enough for me. My account is too red anyways to consider anything else time will tell I still have confidence. The annual report told me that there won't be a whole ton of dilution in the meantime because of those cash advances of 300k.
