Leo and the promoters do a good job selling stock at a premium. Why anyone buys and holds toxic death spiral stock is beyond me. Flipping maybe, but toxic companies always in the end die.

These toxic guys and the promoters just print paper and unload on people. That is why they are called paper hangers.
