Lol there are no shorts. The reason why is that shorts would have to cover before any RS as all the brokers would call in all the shorts because of the transfer of certificates due to the RS. As you can see there is no stampede to exit and the pps certainly isn't going up as there is still no bid. Sorry to burst your bubble and I am glad I could clear that up for you again.

Now what will happen is after the RS the dilution will start again and the shorts will ride the wave all the way down to .0001 as its inevitable.

No one in their right mind ever buys right after an RS was announced because 99.9% they always drop the very first week (which means below .0001 pre value) because all of your shares are locked up with your broker trying to exchange the certs for up to 2 weeks depending on your broker. This is when the company dilutes and the shorts take over because you cant sell your shares.
